They walked in to see the grandmother, Darleen Holmes, lying on the floor. Prentiss checked her pulse.
"Dead!"
"Where is he going now?" JJ asked.
"He's got nothing to lose. He could go on a killing spree." Morgan answered.
"We have to find him first." Rossi said.

That night.........
Shawn and Juliet were watching TV on the couch when Shawn's cell phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Shawn." Said a weepy voice
"Gus? What's wrong?" Shawn asked while getting off the couch and moving to the kitchen.
"Uhm I'm pretty sure Earl is trying to break into my house!" Gus replied.
"All right man I'll be right over." Shawn said.
"Hello Shawn." Said a new voice.
"Earl! What's up man. Its great to hear from you!"
"Shut up! Come over here alone! If there are any cops then your black friend dies."
"Okay."

In no time Shawn had told Juliet some lame excuse to leave the house, gotten dressed and got to Gus' house. He was gonna knock but decided he had never done it in the past why start know? He walked in to see Gus tied to a chair. Then he was knocked out.
Shawn woke up in a small smelly room that was definetely not in Gus' house. He looked around to find Gus passed out on the ground a few feet from him.
"Gus wake up!" He yelled.
Gus jumped awake. "What Shawn?"
"Where are we?"
"I don't know but it smells."
Earl walked into the room.
"Earl hey why did you take us again." Shawn asked.
"I can't let you catch me!"
"Well we didn't catch you, you caught us." Gus corrected.
"Shut up! If I didn't take you, you would have found me eventually then shown the cops where I was." Earl said.
"So ummmm are you gonna kill us?" Shawn asked.
"Not yet. I need you right now."
"Where are we?" Gus asked.
"In a warehouse. I have to go ill be back to give you food in an hour." Earl said leaving.
"Man that guy is nice." Shawn said.
"Yeah he is pretty nice for a serial killer. Fair too." Gus stated.
"You think the cops will find us?" Shawn asked.
"Nope!"
"Yeah me neither."
"Man this is all your fault." Gus accused.
"My fault? How?"
"You came without cops!"
"He told me too. Besides your the one who's house he was able to break into!" Shawn defended.
"Well he could've broken into your house just as easy but he didn't because there's a cop at your house." Gus said.
"Then I guess you need a cop at your house so we don't get kidnapped again!" Shawn said.
"Ugh.... Actually I wouldn't mind that." Gus said with a creepy face.
"Alright let's find a way outta here." Shawn said enthusiastically.
"Whoa whoa whoa how about we do that after Earl brings us our food?" Gus asked.
"Okay."

An hour later Earl showed up with 2 bags of food from McDonalds.
"Oh my God you got us happy meals!" Shawn yelled.
"You are the best killer ever!" Gus cheered.
"Shut up and eat."
"Thanks Earl but why aren't you killing us?" Shawn asked as he ate a burger.
"Because the cops like you and will try to get you back so I can make demands." Earl said.
"Your stupid Lassie hates me!" Shawn said
"Its true. hes really annoying." Gus cut in.
" Detective Lassiter he arrested me once." Earl said.
" Oh what did you do?" Gus asked.
"NOTHING I was just minding my own business and he brought me in. I spent the night in a holding cell." Earl shouted.
"Don't worry he does that to everyone. Tried to do it to me once." Shawn said as if it was normal.
"Yeah well how do I make him suffer?" Earl asked.
"Shawn I think we may have just ruined Lassie's life." Gus whispered.
"Nah just don't tell him about Marlowe or anyone in his personal life." Shawn whispered.
"Good idea also don't tell him he lives at 10 Renwick rd." Gus whispered back.
"Yeah but you know what I don't understand why he cares about Lassie know?" Shawn said.
"You guys know I can hear you right? And I care now because he arrested me and I have nothing else to care about." Earl said.
"So who's this Marlowe?" Earl asked.
"Lassie's cleaning lady." Shawn answered.
"Your idiots."
"You know there's no reason to be mean." Shawn said.
"Look I gotta go to 10 Renwick rd." Earl said.
"Wait! I know the best way to make Lassie face mad!" Shawn yelled.
"Really what?"
"Let us go."
"Why would I do that?" Earl asked.
"Lassie hates us. But he has to work with us. He always says I'm the most annoying person he's ever met in his life ever." Shawn answered.
"That's not a bad idea you guys torture him long term. I mean I just met you guys and I already want to shoot you
"We don't torture him." Shawn said indignantly.
"Shut up. I just need to make sure you don't find me when I let you go." Earl said deep in thought.
"Mexico?" Gus suggested.
"No we would find him. I say go to China." Shawn decided.
"Shut up both of you. I've got it now I have to figure out what to do with you."
"I thought you were gonna let us go." Gus said nervously.
"I am but I still want to have fun."
"Oh come on man that's not cool." Shawn complained.
"Shut up."

"Lassiter! Shawn's gone again!" Juliet said as they walked into the station.
"O'Hara that's the fourth time you said that today and I told you I don't care." Lassieanswered.
"Carlton come on you know Shawn probably got himself into something stupid like last time. Please Carlton this case is very dangerous and Shawn's turning it into a game. Where's the FBI?"
"They are questioning the cousin but by the looks of it he knows nothing."
"How are we going to find Earl?"
"I don't know."
"Carlton I haven't seen Shawn since last night." She said remembering what she was talking about before.
"Alright fine where was he going?"
"He said he had to go to Gus' house cuz he had some nightmare."
"Then why don't you check Gusters house." He suggested.
"I think I will." She said getting her jacket. Then JJ and Morgan walked out of the room.
"Where are you going?" Lassiter asked.
"There's been activity on Earl's phone." JJ answered.
"Where?" Juliet asked nervously.
"The trace said Burton Guster's house." Morgan answered.
They drove to Gus' house.
"There's blood." JJ said looking at Shawn's blood on the ground.
"Someone was tied to this chair." Morgan said pointing at the chair with ropes on it.
"Oh my god he took Shawn and Gus." Juliet said.
"Don't worry O'Hara they have been kidnapped before." Lassiter tried to comfort her.
"This isn't the first time?" JJ asked.
"No but its probably not the last time either." Lassiter assured her.
"Well we got to find where he took them." Morgan said.

That night Earl took them out in a boat.
"We are here now get out." Earl commanded.
"We are in the middle of the ocean." Gus pointed out.
"Yes now get out." Earl said again.
"No way there are sharks in there." Gus said.
"Get out or ill shoot you." Earl said
"Come on man let's jump." Shawn said.
"No way in hell am I jumping off of the boat into a shark infested ocean." Gus stated.
"Its either this where we have a chance of living or get shot where there is no chance of living."
"Fine but if I see a shark he's eating you not me." Gus said.
"Don't worry another one will come and eat you." Shawn pointed out.
"Shut up and jump." Earl yelled.
"Where are you gonna go?" Shawn asked.
"That doesn't concern you." Earl said.
"Fine but don't run us over." Gus pleaded.
"No promises." Earl said.
"Alright Gus let's do this." Shawn cheered.
"I hate you." Gus cried as they jumped off the boat.
"Shut up!" Earl said as he drove the booat away leaving Shawn and Gus to sit in the ocean
