Author's Notes:
First of all. I'm not sure where I'm going with this story and I know the chapter is SUPER short and not the best quality. I'm trying some new stuff even though it might not seem new compared to my Whispers in the Fog story which I'm abandoning and if anyone wants to adopt the story feel free. Disclaimer: If I owned Psych there would be more pineapples and Shawn awesomeness-ery, there isn't by the way, I was just trying to be funny with my disclaimer. I can't do humor :( Anyway, please enjoy and review!

Lassiter took a deep breath: The Spencer case was getting harder every day. Bodies were dropping quickly and the case hit close to home.

Henry Spencer was with them at the first crime scene. The walls in the old warehouse were sponged with the victim's blood. His ID identified him as Zach Kembley. His body was arranged in the employee kitchen, surrounded by forks and knives. Henry, Lassiter, and O'Hara stood dumbfounded, for about two minutes. Henry's face went pale like sun-bleached bones in the desert. O'Hara asked,

"What's wrong?"

Henry replied in a slow, calculated voice,

"This had to be Shawn."

Neither Lassiter nor Juliet knew what he meant until Henry laid it out for them:

"The burnt body. Look at it and tell me what you see."

The two detectives studied the dismembered body carefully. The legs had been placed beneath the arms and had been tilted upward in a Y shape. The victim was wearing a yellow shirt and green pants. Lassiter and Juliet still didn't get it.

"Mr. Spencer, what do you mean?" Juliet asked, catching the attention of the seemingly frozen Henry.

"The pattern of his shirt... What does it remind you of?"

Henry needed to know that he wasn't going crazy.

"I don't know, I guess the body looks..." Juliet trailed off, shock painting her face and Lassiter finished her sentence for her.

"It looks like a pineapple."
