Also, I'm guessing that the cake-scented sloth is what you have, but I'm hoping that a dolphin with a top hat actually exists, because I need more of that in my life. XD

Hahaha this was hilarious - and the list of improbable inspiring objects literally screamed Shawn. I can totally see him writing a novel, putting al lhis friends in it and then teasing the hell out of them with what he plans for their characters. And the whole Fang getting way too invested and feeling slightly proud of their literary counterparts and offering advice.
Anyway, I digress. This was such fun! And my guess is you got the rainbow sloth. Put my money on it.

Hahahaha You clever girl, you. I read this whole thing wondering what it was because I knew it wouldn't actually end up being serious... and then it really wasn't. XD I love how this so totally sums up what he thinks of Shules - especially early on - and it's fantastic!! Your Lassiter voice is so good and I love this little snippet.

I love that you went a very different way from the rest of us and I'm a complete sucker for fluffy Shules fics so obviously I love this, especially because it is written from Lassie's perspective. (And because the show kind of denied us love drunk Shules.)

GAAAH KOOHIIIIIII. You always write the things that I want to read. OF COURSE Lassie is being Lassie. OF COURSE he's comparing Shawn to a drug that he can "fix." I loved the way that you methodically went through and listed the things that Lassiter noticed about her behavior, because yes, Lassie would totally do that. Ahhh! Great work, Koohii! I loved it!

Hahaha this is SO Lassiter - and, it's kind of eerie because I chose something pretty similar in theme for my piece. But who doesn't love some grumpy pouty Lassie and lovesick Jules? (I love them anyway)

Author's Response: Aww thanks! I was trying to make it seem like darkness but I didn't have a lot of space to set it up. I was hoping it would still come across fairly well . . . dunno if I succeeded, I think it was just too big a jump for 200 words :P But I'm glad you liked it!

Author's Response: I was intentionally being really subtle - or, well, I was forced to be really subtle once the word count kicked in anyway XDD I don't think angels send their victims back to the future, but who knows? That'd be a funny twist XD

OH MY GOSH POOR GUS GOT ZAPPED TO THE PAST??? (I'll be honest, before Gus read the date, I thought you were crossing it over with The Newsies and had no idea how Gus was actually there. :P Now it makes sense, but I'm having more feels than I probably should...)
I'm just going to sit here and wait for the longer version that resolves these feels, m'kay?
Although I do have to say, that was a very Gus response to his situation. lol Something goes wrong? Must be Shawn's fault. Of course. :P
