Thank you so much for writing this, really means a lot to me that someone would take the time to write something as a gift.
This whole story is absolutely adorable, a perfect mix of humor, Shawn being assaulted by a tree whump, his allergic reaction combined with a backside kicking. The idea of being beaten up by your significant other actually is quite frightening.
Author's Response: So is walking into your home and seeing someone dressed in a mask.... lol. I had so much fun writing this. Lots of it actually came from some real experiences. (Itches fake tree allergic reaction)

This is an awesome little one shot. Shawn is often the one to intrude on other people's private time, I really how enjoy how in this one, everyone else finds a way of interrupting Shawn's private New Year's Eve bash in their own way. Gus coming and disturbing things is predictable, but I love the way Lassie ends up crashing it, and eventually Henry even a drunken Chief Vick.
