The FBI (or CIA or NSA or other abbreviated agencies) hired Shawn—for a job connected to his past (or not, up to you), a job only he could do (non negotiable), a job that would endanger his life (Whump is a must!) and a job the would give Bruce Willis in Die Hard or Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible a run for their money!
Awesome, right?
Even better, HE HAS TO FAKE HIS OWN DEATH—and it’s like number 1 in Shawn’s to-do list!
Sucks for the people who love Shawn coz they won’t be faking the pain and grief!
Only Lassie or Gus could know about the secret job but they shouldn’t be let in on the plan until it’s half-way through the story.
